Delivery

As our customer, you enjoy the choice of having your order shipped by courier to your door or you can collect it at your nearest Pargo Pickup Point.

Pargo Pickup Points

  • Orders shipped by Pargo will take 3 to 5 days.
  • Customers can choose their preferred Pick-up Point by clicking the Select a Pickup Point button during checkout. Please ensure that your location is turned on on your device so that you can make use of the convenient Pickup Point map.
  • You will receive an SMS or email notification with a Pargo code when your order is ready for collection.
  • Present you your ID and Pargo code at the Pickup Point to collect your item.
  • Please note that you cannot change a Pickup point once the order has been shipped.
  • You can send someone you trust to collect your parcel for you if you give them your ID (or a copy) and the Pargo code.

Courier

  • Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when placing an order, as this is the address that will be used for delivery. We will not be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to an incorrect delivery address provided.
  • Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
  • We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.
  • Courier delivery takes 3 – 5 working days depending on the destination. Please allow an additional day for outlaying or remote areas.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please note that you cannot change your delivery address once the order has been shipped.

Notes & Special Instructions

If you have any specific delivery instructions (perhaps you are sending the order to someone as a gift and you don’t want the invoice to be inside the parcel) please let us know in the notes section when checking out.

Late Deliveries

Unforeseen circumstances, for example adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a ‘late’ delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

Shipping outside South Africa

We currently do not ship outside South Africa.

Buying outside South Africa

You can buy from our store if you are outside South Africa for delivery to a South African location, even if you are paying with an international card. Just make sure that you put in a South African Billing Address. This is perfect for those who would like to send a gift to someone in South Africa.
