Delivery Options


Payment:

Orders will only be despatched once payment has cleared on our side. The delivery times quoted therefore, are counted from the day when payment has been received, not from the day payment is made.

Pick-Up:

If you live in the Johannesburg area, you can arrange with Elishamah to collect your parcel directly from her. This option is not available on the checkout options, so please make an enquiry before placing your order, should you wish to make use of the pickup option.

PEP PAXI:

If the items in your cart can fit into a Paxi bag, the option of sending your parcel via PEP Counter to Counter will be made available to you. Choose your PAXI Point from the drop-down that will appear. If you cannot find your PAXI Point in the list, just write your PEP Branch in the notes section at the bottom. There are over 2000 PAXI points, so please bear with us as we are constantly adding new PAXI Points to our store.

A flat rate of: R60.00 is charged for delivery by PEP Counter2Counter to any PAXI Point in the country.

Courier:

If you would like your parcel delivered to your door, or your items won’t fit into a PAXI bag, you have the option of sending your order via courier. We use MDS Collivery for our courier services. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when signing up, as this is the address that will be used for delivery. We will not be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to an incorrect delivery address provided.

Courier fees are calculated based on your address and the dimensions of your parcel and will be different for each order. You can choose from 2 courier options, 3 to 4 days and 5 to 7 days. Our courier delivers to any South African address. Please allow an additional day for outlaying or remote areas.

Please Note:

We do not courier to postal addresses.

Parcel Tracking:

If you have chosen PEP PAXI Counter to Counter option for delivery, you will be sent a tracking number and can track your parcel at https://www.paxi.co.za/track You will also receive a message when your parcel is ready for collection at your selected PAXI Point.

If you have chosen courier to door option for delivery, you will be sent a waybill number and can track your parcel at https://www.collivery.net/tracking You will also receive a message alerting you when you can expect delivery to be made.

Delivery outside South Africa:

You can buy from our store if you are outside South Africa for delivery to a South African location, even if you are paying with an international card. Just make sure that you put in a South African Billing Address. This is perfect for those who would like to send a gift to someone in South Africa.
